2. Exchange Process:

  • Upon receiving your video and verifying the defect, we will arrange for the defective item to be exchanged.

  • We will coordinate with our dropshipping partner to facilitate the exchange of the product.

3. Return Instructions:

  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective product if necessary.

  • Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by us.

4. Replacement or Refund:

  • You will receive a replacement product at no additional cost.

  • If a replacement is not possible, we will offer you a refund for the defective item.
